Prompt Foo is a prompt management platform that allows users to create, organize, and manage AI prompts for various AI models and use cases.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prompt Foo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your User Content
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The following sections will survive termination: User Content, Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
